Learning Outcome: By the end of this lesson pupils will be able to:
1. Read and understand the simple paragraph at the text book page 117 a poem about weather.
2. Read and pronounce the correct intonation at the simple paragraph page 117.
3. Write simple sentence using the word cues of “What colours of a rainbow?”
Multiple Intelligence: Verbal- linguistic, interpersonal and intrapersonal.
Previous Knowledge: Pupils know about weather.
Keywords: Storm, rain, sky, rainbow, hot sunny, rainy and windy.

Practise and development (20 Minutes) | Reading | 1. Teacher asks the pupils to read the versa again with correct intonation and stress. 2. Teacher discusses the first stanza in the verse. Teacher talks about what happen after the storm and relate the discussion to the description in the stanza. 3. Teacher discusses the second stanza and talks about what would happen after rains and relate it to the description in the stanza. | MV: Environmental awareness.
